Your
PACT Report
Each organisation receives a made-to-measure PACT Report tailored to their specific needs
PACT Reports come in two parts:
Part 1: Your strategic overview
Part 2: Your breakdown of actions
Your PACT Report gives you an in-depth insight into where your organisation currently stands in addressing the challenges of climate change mitigation and/or adaptation. It informs you of your most productive, targeted and cost-effective future actions and can be used immediately to produce action plans.
Part 1 provides a snapshot of your organisation's capacity on climate change issues. It pinpoints where to focus effort for optimal progress.
Part 2 defines the course of action that will be needed.
Each report is illustrated with graphs which can also be used in professional presentations for colleagues.
Your overview graph will show you at a glance where capacity is strong, where there is room for improvement, and where there are gaps. The blue line shows your target.

In Part 2 of your PACT Report the focus is on action planning by identifying:
- 1.What your organisation is doing well (providing the foundation on which to build your programme of activity)
- 2.Which activities are already begun but would benefit from extra effort
- 3.Which activities you are not yet doing but which are vitally needed to meet your challenge
- 4.Any planned activity that is still required, but not yet begun
- 5.Any activity ahead of the rest of your programme which does not need further development until other activities have caught up
All our reports can also be produced with your own brand, design and logo. This is designed for use by consultancies and very large organisations with subsidiaries.

Bespoke PACT Reports
Certain projects require additional reporting - we are more than happy to accommodate this
Reports that we produce for the collective analysis of multiple organisations (i.e. bringing together many single PACT assessments), will generally take a slightly different format. The final format of these reports is determined by the conclusions drawn from statistical analysis of the multiple organisations, and is aligned with the objectives of the specific project they apply to.
We are also happy to re-brand our standard reports to accommodate your logos. Please see Buy PACT for more details.
